If you are on a low or fixed income, click on the links above to sites that have the ability to customize your search by price range, number of bedrooms, and whether or not pets are accepted. Some of the sites have listings for rooms or roommates, others full units, some both. Be sure to look at the available options.
Also, many of the sites above have the ability to save your search, and receive notifications of new and updated listings. By adding you name and email, you will receive updates in your email box on a regular basis.
Expand your search. Churches, bulletin boards at the library and laundromats and Facebook pages are good search options. Check at your children’s school, ask friends and family to advise you of For Rent signs they have noticed.
