Health First Aid” which is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to help someone who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder challenge. The training helps you

The Mountain Homeless Coalition (MHC) is sponsoring a four week one hour class on “Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationships.” The Class will be led by a specialist from D.O.V.E.S. (Domestic Violence Education Services). The classes would include the dynamics of healthy vs
unhealthy relationships, warning signs, the truths and facts about domestic violence and the
difficult and painful reasons for staying in abusive relationships.
